Refund Policy

At MultiSojourn™, we are committed to delivering high-quality advisory services, personalised reports, and professional support.

We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

By purchasing any MultiSojourn™ service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Our Refund Philosophy

We believe in being fair, transparent, and professional.

Because many of our services involve personalised work prepared specifically for an individual, refunds depend on whether work has already started or been delivered.

Whenever possible, we will always seek a fair solution before declining a refund request.

Our goal is not simply to complete a transaction—it is to help you move forward with confidence.

2. Free Services

The following services are provided free of charge and are therefore not eligible for refunds:

  • Free Resources

  • Educational Articles

  • Website Content

3. Digital Reports

This includes:

  • Global Success Report™

  • Professional Success Report™

  • Personalised PDF Reports

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before preparation starts, you are eligible for a full refund.

During Preparation

If preparation has already begun, a partial refund may be considered depending on the amount of work completed.

After Delivery

Once a personalised report has been delivered, it is generally non-refundable because it has been prepared specifically for you.

This includes:

  • Relocation Master Plan™

Before Work Begins

Full refund available.

During Preparation

A partial refund may be considered based on the stage of completion.

After Delivery

Once strategy documents have been delivered, refunds are generally not available.

5. Premium Strategy Session™

More Than 48 Hours Before the Appointment

You may:

  • Reschedule at no additional cost, or

  • Request a full refund.

Less Than 48 Hours Before the Appointment

You may reschedule your appointment once, subject to availability.

Refunds are generally not available except in exceptional circumstances.

Missed Appointment (No-Show)

Appointments missed without prior notice are generally non-refundable.

6. Full Application Support

Application support often involves substantial preparation over an extended period.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service.

Before Work Begins

Full refund.

During Document Preparation

Partial refund may be available.

After Applications Have Been Prepared or Submitted

Refunds are generally not available for work already completed.

Government application fees, embassy fees, university fees, courier charges, translation fees, and other third-party costs are not refundable by MultiSojourn™.

7. Government and Third-Party Fees

MultiSojourn™ cannot refund fees charged by:

  • Governments

  • Embassies

  • Universities

  • Colleges

  • Examination Bodies

  • Employers

  • Visa Application Centres

  • Courier Companies

  • Translation Providers

These organisations operate under their own refund policies.

8. Visa Refusals

Visa refusals do not automatically qualify for a refund.

MultiSojourn™ provides professional preparation and advisory services but does not control immigration decisions.

Final decisions are made solely by immigration authorities.

9. University Admission Decisions

University admission decisions remain the responsibility of each educational institution.

A refusal of admission does not automatically qualify for a refund.

10. Employment Decisions

Employment decisions remain entirely with employers.

A job offer not being made does not qualify for a refund.

11. Incorrect or Misleading Information

Refunds may be refused where:

  • False information was provided.

  • Fraudulent documents were submitted.

  • Important information was withheld.

  • Applicant instructions were deliberately ignored.

  • Required documentation was not provided despite reasonable requests.

12. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that unexpected situations may arise.

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Service credit

  • Complimentary rescheduling

  • Alternative professional support

Every request is assessed fairly and on its own merits.

13. Client Resolution Promise™

Before declining any refund request, MultiSojourn™ will first consider whether the issue can be resolved in a way that better supports the applicant.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one or more of the following:

Revised Report

If your personalised report contains factual inaccuracies due to information that was provided correctly but processed incorrectly by us, we will review and revise the report where appropriate.

Complimentary Follow-up Consultation

Where additional explanation or clarification is needed, we may offer a complimentary follow-up advisory session to discuss your report or strategy.

One-Time Reassessment

If your personal circumstances have changed significantly (for example, you have completed a new qualification, gained relevant work experience, improved your English language results, or strengthened your financial position), we may offer one complimentary reassessment within six (6) months of your original assessment.

Service Credit

Where appropriate, we may issue a service credit that can be applied towards another eligible MultiSojourn™ service.

Alternative Solution

In some cases, another service or revised strategy may provide a better outcome than a refund.

Whenever possible, we will discuss these options with you before making a final decision.

14. How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Full Name

  • Assessment Reference

  • Order Reference

  • Purchased Service

  • Reason for your request

Refund requests are normally reviewed within 5–10 business days.

15. Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider.

  • Any deductions will be explained before the refund is processed.

16. Generally Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable once delivered or completed:
  • Personalised reports

  • Downloaded digital products

  • Completed consultations

  • Work already carried out

  • Submitted applications

  • Government fees

  • Embassy fees

  • University fees

  • Visa fees

  • Translation services

  • Courier charges

  • Other third-party costs
