Global Readiness™ Assessment Disclaimer™

Effective Date: July 2026

Version: 1.0

Welcome to the Global Readiness™ Assessment

Thank you for choosing MultiSojourn™.

The Global Readiness™ Assessment has been developed to help you better understand your current profile and identify international opportunities that may be suitable for your goals.

Before you begin, please read the following information carefully.

By continuing with the assessment, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms of this disclaimer.

1. Purpose of the Assessment

The Global Readiness™ Assessment is an advisory and educational tool.

It is designed to:

  • Evaluate your current readiness for international opportunities.

  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement.

  • Recommend countries that may align with your profile.

  • Suggest practical next steps.

  • Help you prepare before making important international decisions.

The assessment is intended to support informed decision-making—not replace it.

2. What This Assessment Does Not Do

The assessment does not:

  • Guarantee visa approval.

  • Guarantee university admission.

  • Guarantee employment.

  • Guarantee permanent residence.

  • Guarantee citizenship.

  • Guarantee scholarships.

  • Guarantee immigration success.

  • Replace professional legal advice.

  • Replace decisions made by governments or institutions.

Final decisions are always made by:

  • Immigration authorities

  • Visa officers

  • Governments

  • Universities

  • Employers

  • Licensing bodies

  • Scholarship providers

3. How Results Are Generated

Your results are generated using proprietary MultiSojourn™ assessment methodologies.

Recommendations are based entirely on:

  • The information you provide.

  • Your stated goals.

  • Your education.

  • Your work experience.

  • Your financial readiness.

  • Your documentation status.

  • Current advisory frameworks.

  • General destination requirements.

If the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, your assessment results may also be inaccurate.

4. Assessment Results Are Guidance

Your results should be viewed as personalised guidance rather than official decisions.

For example, a recommendation that Canada is your strongest match does not mean you are automatically eligible for immigration to Canada.

Likewise, a lower score for another destination does not necessarily mean you can never qualify. It may simply indicate that additional preparation or different pathways should be considered.

5. Immigration Policies Change

Immigration laws, visa requirements, admission criteria, and employment regulations change regularly.

While MultiSojourn™ strives to keep its assessment methodology current, changes introduced by governments or institutions may affect the accuracy or relevance of previous recommendations.

For this reason, assessment results should be considered a snapshot based on the information and policies available at the time they are generated.

6. Professional Services

Your assessment results are intended to help you decide whether you would benefit from additional professional support.

Where appropriate, MultiSojourn™ may recommend services such as:

  • Global Success Report™

  • Premium Strategy Session™

  • Study Abroad Strategy Pack™

  • Work Abroad Strategy Pack™

  • Relocation Master Plan™

  • Full Application Support

These recommendations are optional and are offered to help applicants move forward with greater confidence.

7. Applicant Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the assessment is:

  • Accurate.

  • Truthful.

  • Complete.

  • Up to date.

Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in inaccurate recommendations.

8. No Professional Relationship Created

Completing the assessment does not create:

  • A legal adviser–client relationship.

  • An immigration representative relationship.

  • A contractual consulting relationship.

Professional advisory services begin only after a separate service has been purchased and accepted by MultiSojourn™.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

MultiSojourn™ cannot accept responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of this assessment.

Applicants are encouraged to:

  • Conduct independent research.

  • Verify official government requirements.

  • Seek professional advice where appropriate.

  • Carefully review all application requirements before submission.

10. Acceptance of This Disclaimer

By continuing with the Global Readiness™ Assessment, you confirm that:

✓ You understand this assessment is an advisory tool.

✓ You understand that results are based on the information you provide.

✓ You understand that no immigration, admission, employment, or visa outcome is guaranteed.

✓ You accept that final decisions are made by governments, educational institutions, employers, and other relevant authorities.
